These are estimates and may vary due to supplier location, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.

Tracking: Where available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Some orders may ship in multiple parcels from different suppliers.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
